The Road Crew has found that many road signs have disappeared in recent weeks. So far we have counted 15 signs missing on Strafford roads. The replacement cost for the stolen signs, including labor and new posts to deter theft, is estimated at $4000. While we feel sure Strafford residents would not steal the signs, we want to alert you to the cost, since replacement signs are paid for with your taxes.
The Selectboard meets the second and fourth Thursday. Meetings are at the Town Office unless otherwise noted. Agenda requests can be sent to Lisa at townclerk@straffordvt.org
